S/5956 Antique Treen Georgian Period Oval Tray in Alder and Sycamore with Willow Banding

An extremely attractive Scottish oval tray, having five tiers of willow banding. The sides are staved with vertical sections of alder and sycamore and have a raised open heart shaped cut out handle to each end. The base is a single piece of close grain oak and the whole has a lovely colour and patination throughout.
